During manufacturing, storage, or transport, some NUUK products develop minor cosmetic marks, scratches or scuffs that don't affect performance, safety, or lifespan. Most systems reject such units purely for not meeting visual perfection, sending functional appliances toward e-waste. IMPËRFCT gives these products a second life. Every unit is meticulously inspected and tested by a technician; if it doesn't perform like new, it doesn't ship. Products are graded transparently: Minimally IMPËRFCT (barely visible marks) or Noticeably IMPËRFCT (visible, clearly photographed, nothing hidden). Each ships with the same warranty and support as a new NUUK product. The idea rests on three pillars: nothing wasted, since real materials and effort already went in; perfectly functional, since only a surface mark sets it apart; and tackling e-waste, by reintroducing appliances instead of discarding them. Good products don't belong in landfills.
