In India, we evaluate every big-ticket item for performance: mileage, wattage, tonnage. But gas stoves? We buy them for looks. Prestige, with flagging sales and share in this category - which happens to be the next big battleground in the kitchen market - set out to make something else matter: efficiency. Not just with a campaign, but with a product built to deliver. Efficia, our most efficient gas stove yet, was engineered to deliver 10% higher fuel-efficiency than norms. To make this feature sing, we spoke in a language India already knew: “mileage”. The result? Efficia instantly became Prestige’s second-highest selling glass-top stove, driving +22% revenue growth and +1.5% share for the brand’s stove segment. Additionally, we also grew awareness and consideration in the appliance domain. All big wins in a category already sitting at >90% saturation.
