Charged Pro was launched with a film that speaks directly to today’s youth through a visual language they instinctively connect with — anime. The film blends anime aesthetics with recognisable Indian textures, be it the streets, ghats or everyday urban energy. It all came together to create a world where speed, reflex and imagination collide. At a time when digital imagery and AI-generated visuals are everywhere, Gen Z is increasingly drawn back to craft that feels physical and human. Anime and manga sit at the centre of this cultural shift. These are art forms celebrated for their hand-drawn discipline, expressive lines and the visible labour of the artist. Leaning into that ethos, the film was built using hand-drawn animation, allowing every frame to carry the texture and imperfection that comes with real craft.
