With 90% of Indian startups failing in the first five years, Razorpay engineered an AI-driven engine that converts millions of unstructured social media rants into validated problems that can be your next startup. We treated social media as a real-time, unfiltered focus group of the Indian population. The innovation is the "Itch Index," a proprietary system using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to harvest raw frustration and interpret it through four data dimensions: Severity, Frequency, Market Whitespace, and Total Addressable Market (TAM). By indexing 15,000+ real-world problems into industry verticals, we transformed chaotic digital noise into a searchable engine for founders.
