For National Startup Day, Razorpay launched "Fix My Itch" as a CSR-led mission to turn this "failure rate" into a "roadmap for success." We created a public platform that converts millions of real-world frustrations—sourced from social media, on-ground insights across India, and direct user submissions—into validated business briefs. Through the "Itch Index," we quantified these problems by Severity, Frequency, Market Whitespace, and Total Addressable Market (TAM). By providing 15,000+ real-world problems as a free resource, we democratized market intelligence.
