On National Startup Day, Razorpay launched "Fix My Itch"—a digital-first experience designed to tackle the no. 1 reason for startup failure: a lack of Product-Market Fit. Recognizing that 90% of Indian startups fail within five years due to building for "imagined users," we engineered a dynamic online platform that converts millions of unstructured social rants and on-ground insights into a searchable, interactive database of validated problems. The experience is powered by the "Itch Index," visualizing data through four dimensions: Severity, Frequency, Market Whitespace, and Total Addressable Market (TAM). We created a high-utility interface where founders filter 15,000+ real-world problems to find evidence-based opportunities. This shift from a static site to a functional discovery tool redefined the brand experience, replacing blind ambition with the lived reality of the Indian consumer.
