Description
“Vivah” is designed as a bridal mattress. But the buyer isn’t the couple—it’s the family. That truth shaped the film. Instead of showing the obvious, we turned to the real stars of the first night—the mischievous, all-knowing aunties decorating the bridal suite. Because while they set the stage… they’re also reliving memories of their own. This became our playground for humour. Product features like “zero disturbance” and “marvellous middle” weren’t demonstrated—they were cheekily implied, turning functionality into playful subtext. The writing stays rooted in Tamil culture—where household hierarchies, familiar banter, and unspoken understanding drive the comedy. Every detail, from jasmine to styling them with everyday sarees ditching the Kanjivarams, builds a lived-in world. The result is a film that feels local, playful, and instantly relatable—celebrating intimacy without showing it, and capturing a moment every Tamil household recognises.
