Description
Everyone loves a long weekend getaway, but most realise it too late. The result? Last-minute bookings and surge prices, or worse - staying at home and regretting it. So during a time when people start buying new year calendars, we released a print ad with a twist - the 2026 Calendar featuring only the long weekends. The visually stark nature of the print ad drove home the message that the upcoming year had 15 ready-made chances to get away and got readers curious enough to scan the QR code - which turned one of the world’s most used productivity tools - Google Calendar into a travel planner. The tracker automatically blocked long weekends as events on the user’s calendar, suggested leave hacks, subtly integrated booking links as part of the event descriptions, and most importantly, sent reminders 2-3 weeks in advance for better trip planning. And through it all, got Cleartrip to live where people already plan their lives, thus influencing travel decisions all year through.
