Holi is India’s biggest water fight. But while brands kept showing it, we at Instamart, made the city feel it. To showcase our upgraded range of high-performance water guns, we reimagined a familiar piece of urban infrastructure. A pollution control truck. Built to spray water across streets, it was transformed into a giant, moving pichkari. Instead of static outdoors, we created a roaming spectacle. An activation that didn’t wait to be seen, it found people. Driving through Gurgaon, it turned everyday commutes into unexpected Holi moments, triggering organic content, conversations, and mass visibility. By converting a functional city machine into a festive experience, we didn’t just use outdoor media. It reinvented it.
