Description
For XYXX, we brought history’s greatest minds into a modern content universe to show that dry minds think better. Production design had to merge period authenticity with the grammar of social media. Each space combined historically accurate textures with contemporary functionality. Materials were treated to age naturally on camera, with layered surfaces and practical lighting that felt organic. Sets were built for vertical framing, ensuring depth and clear visual hierarchy within the format. Background elements were composed for quick attention, with props acting as storytelling cues, from manuscripts to sketches. Costume and styling were integrated into the environment through a controlled palette, making characters feel embedded. Product moments were built into interactions rather than highlighted. The result was a tactile, cohesive world that felt rooted in history yet native to modern viewing.
