The filmmaking process for this began long before the cameras rolled. The crew lived alongside the Anandam family for weeks, sharing meals, learning the rhythms of the household. No script. This fly-on-the-wall approach helped us capture the most authentic moments like father and son being caught for smuggling sweets to school, grandmother calling out her granddaughter’s lies, pride of a mother watching her son follow her footsteps and casual chaos of a business running at full tilt.
