Titan Company Ltd has taken a community-first approach from its inception in 1986. Through its flagship CSR initiative Titan Kanya, we observed that mothers too, sought to learn and grow. Their curious stares while waiting for their daughters to complete classroom led us to craft a Mother’s Literacy Programme for basic literacy in language and mathematics - along with our NGO partner IIMPACT. For Mother’s Day, Titan Company Ltd. chose to spotlight mothers reclaiming education, often inspired by their daughters. Titan Company Ltd.’s vision of elevating experiences for every community is deeply tied to ensuring girls and women receive the support they need. While girl child education has long been central to Titan Kanya, extending the initiative to mothers helps the purpose land more meaningfully by strengthening women’s agency and creating long-term educational outcomes within families. The campaign was designed to inspire and evolve the perspectives of empowerment through education.
