On the back of some of Indian advertising’s most renowned work, Happydent is the market leader in India. Even in a cluttered market, its brand asset of light-emitting teeth is unmistakably Happydent. And so, the biggest challenge was to further the narrative using the same assets but to refresh the communication in a way that’s both surprising and relevant to the changing times. Given the unprecedented excitement and response from the consumers, it is fair to say the new copy has been able to live up to the earlier benchmarks and yet open up newer conversations and domains for the brand.
