Description

In cash-heavy markets like India, checking notes against light remains a common way to verify authenticity, despite being unreliable. Steadfast, a brand known for its office automation products, including currency counting machines with counterfeit detection, set out to challenge this habit. The script builds on a familiar behaviour and expands it into a tightly structured cause-and-effect narrative. A single moment of looking up triggers a chain of events that moves from dark humour into an emotionally charged outcome. Dialogue is minimal and natural, allowing the situation and progression to drive the story. The writing carefully controls tone, balancing irony, discomfort and emotion while maintaining coherence. The narrative structure ensures each moment leads inevitably to the next, holding attention while embedding the product message within the story. The payoff reframes the initial action, positioning a machine-led approach as a smarter alternative to detecting fakes.
