In everyday life, they're excluded from the very ecosystems that enable success. The real barrier wasn't lack of empathy. It was lack of interaction. Behavioural science shows consistency is sustained through shared routines, not individual intent. So HDFC ERGO along with Paralympic Committee of India built Playable - an app that connects para-athletes with nearby runners and fitness enthusiasts for shared, consistent training. Neighbourhoods became training grounds. Admiration became participation. Playable now has 371+ registered para-athletes and 3,607+ fitness enthusiasts, building a growing, active ecosystem.
