Snabbit Kavach is a location-aware safety system designed for professionals working inside customers’ homes. Integrated into the Snabbit Expert’s app (and therefore every booking), the system uses contextual signals such as time, geo-location and historical risk patterns to activate monitoring during a job. It captures short, encrypted audio signals at intervals to detect potential distress, without recording conversations or invading privacy. If risk is detected, Kavach triggers a check-in with the expert, allowing them to defuse or escalate. In critical moments, an SOS alert activates real-time intervention, including alerts to safety teams and on-ground support. By responding dynamically to where and when a service is being delivered, Kavach transforms location from a passive setting into an active safety layer.
