Description
Bullying Decoder transforms unused audio feeds in schools into a powerful, AI-driven safeguarding system. Instead of adding new infrastructure, it repurposes what already exists - CCTV cameras. These systems already record every classroom simultaneously. However, it is humanly impossible to listen to all those audio feeds at once, creating the need for a smarter solution built on what already exists. By turning everyday classroom recordings into real-time behavioural insights, the system analyses tone, context, and patterns of verbal bullying that typically go unnoticed, without ever identifying individual students. These insights are visualised through a live dashboard, enabling counsellors to do proactive intervention rather than relying on generic sessions that often lacked impact. By unlocking the full potential of existing systems, Bullying Decoder converts routine monitoring into meaningful understanding, making invisible bullying visible and actionable at scale.
