Challenge: Flipkart’s Big Billion Days is when people buy the most iPhones in a year. Yet, there’s still a huge lack of trust when it comes to shopping on Flipkart. Insight: After years of experience in “consuming ads”, we came across a genius insight: All sale ads force you to buy the stuff. But trust is built through testimony, not force. Idea: Instead of flashy prices, fake urgency, and telling people why BBD is the best sale of the year, we simply showed how many people actually buy iPhones on Flipkart during BBD by comparing it to rather bizarre things. Execution: After crafting a format, the fully integrated campaign was brought to life across film, OOH, influencers, celebrities, activations, print, and social media.
