Black Dog Soda’s installation at Kala Ghoda Arts Festival reimagined what a branded public experience could be. Located in front of the CSMVS Museum gardens, the project transformed a simple structural brief into an immersive environment that combined sculpture, mirrored architecture, projection mapping and storytelling. At its centre was a 24 ft x 24 ft mirrored cube housing a sculpture by artist Arzan Khambatta. Projection mapping brought the sculpture to life, while mirrored surfaces multiplied the visuals, creating an evolving space where geometry, light and movement interacted continuously. The innovation lay in how multiple disciplines worked together: art, fabrication, projection, architecture, content design and environmental planning. The experience also merged Black Dog Soda’s “Savour the Pause” philosophy with Kala Ghoda’s “Geometrikal” theme through aurora-inspired motion, celestial textures and geometric forms.
