As the film moves through different parts of the brand, from hotels to restaurants to special occasions, each moment feels easy, warm, and joyful. It also brings out the best parts of the program in a natural way. The simplicity of 1 point = ₹1, the comfort of points that never expire, and the delight of milestone rewards are all built into the story. With “Feel Rewarded” at the centre, the film shows Club ITC as more than a points program. It is a loyalty experience that feels simple, generous, and personal.
