Description

Background: Urban Indian households are heavily dependent on domestic help. If they don’t show up even for a day, entire routines are disrupted, often feeling like a full-blown crisis. Idea: We tapped into that moment of dread when your help calls to say, “Bhaiya, main aaj nahi aaungi” (I won’t be able to come in to work today), using the iconic millennial heartbreak anthem: Emotional Atyachaar (emotional torture). Except this time, each line was rewritten to reflect the chaos of dirty dishes, unwashed laundry and dust-ridden despair.
