For the 40th anniversary of Asian Paints Sharad Samman, our award for Pujo artistry, our challenge was to create an activation that felt alive, not staged. Our solution: We didn't build a venue; our experience moved with the city. We transformed 40 of Kolkata’s iconic yellow taxis—symbols of Pujo nostalgia—into a "rolling museum." Each was a rideable time capsule, hand-painted to archive a decade of Pujo’s artistic evolution from 1985-2025. The experience wasn't passive; it was a city-wide treasure hunt. A mundane commute became an unexpected, personal journey through history. Inside, immersive interiors featuring our Royale Glitz paint turned a brand message into a tactile memory. This wasn't an activation interrupting culture; it was an experience the city lived, sought out, and celebrated as its own, proving the most powerful activations are the ones that become part of people's stories.
