Description
Every Indian brother grows up relying on his sister for countless favours. From covering for him in front of mom to elevating his music taste. Yet this invisible labour is rarely recognised. This Rakhi, Flipkart created InvoiSIS, a platform that gave symbolic monetary value to sisterly favours. Sisters could turn everyday acts of care into personalised invoices and send brothers a playful reminder of everything they owe. To help accurately price every ehsaan, we brought in popular finance creator (also a sister) CA Rachana Ranade. Using humour and participation, InvoiSIS sparked a wider conversation around the often unseen contribution of sisters, while nudging brothers to reciprocate through meaningful gifting. By turning a familiar gender dynamic into something visible, shareable and repayable, Flipkart celebrated the value of sisterhood. The campaign drove a 35% spike in average gift order value, 4X Rakhi orders, 2.4M+ website visits, ₹40M+ earned media, and 350K+ invoices raised.
