For Panchayat Season 4, we used mobile not as a distribution channel, but as the core experience. Instead of reminding fans about the show being back, we invited them into its world through an AI-powered election simulator built on WhatsApp. Users became Election Gurus of Phulera, making choices over 7 days on parties, slogans and local issues, with each decision shaping a personalised path. AI generated dynamic outputs at every stage: candidate posters, character-led videos, and village certificates, all written in the show’s voice, making the experience feel native to Panchayat. WhatsApp was strategic: it’s where real political conversations happen, blurring fiction & platforms. Daily re-engagement, personalised assets, and shareable content drove repeat participation & organic spread. 500,000 interactions, 30.5% completion against 20% benchmark, 81–91% retention against 70% benchmark, and 250,000+ personalized assets shared.
