Pepsi Anytime was an integrated, cross-platform system that challenged one of culture’s most ingrained behaviours—waiting for half-time. Across OOH, digital, and contextual films, Pepsi showed up in real time, powered by triggers like live match moments, time of day, weather, and traffic. While billboards reacted in the physical world, films were strategically deployed around live broadcasts and digital streams—especially during half-time—subverting the very break audiences wait for. Instead of reinforcing pause, Pepsi urged immediate action with messages like “Don’t wait for half-time” and “Enjoy anytime.” By synchronising messaging across platforms, Pepsi created a unified, real-time brand behaviour that followed the consumer, not the format. The result wasn’t just a campaign—it was a system that consistently reframed refreshment as something you don’t wait for, but act on instantly.
